I'm new in Laundry Club, how do I start?
Thank you for choosing Laundry Club! To start our service simply:
1. Bring your dirty clothes/items to our outlets and our friendly staff will inspect your clothes, issue you an invoice, pay the indicated amount and you can collect on the stipulated date on your invoice.
2. Call or WhatsApp our hotline (9111-0780) and our customer service reps will be happy to schedule a pick-up and delivery.
So just drop by our outlets or contact our hotline and that's it!
Where do you wash my clothes?
We wash your clothes in our very own laundry factory and we have been doing so for the past 20 or more years! In this way, we are able to maintain our quality control as well as ensure that your clothes are taken cared of by our well-trained and professional laundry staff.
What is your turnaround time?
Our normal turnaround time is 5 working days. We do offer 3-day service at 50% surcharge and if you want it the next day, our surcharge is 100%. Don't worry about the surcharge, we try our best to make our prices reasonable
What services do you provide?
We offer general laundry services for most clothing and household items:
1. Laundry Services- At our normal per piece charges, items are wet-washed, dried and pressed. Beyond simple washing, we also remove dirt from collars and cuffs and also treat minor stains upon request. Clean clothes are hanged and wrapped or folded upon request.
2. Wash-dry-fold: This is the simplest laundry service where clothes charged by the kilo and washed by batch, without pressing. There's a minimum of 5kg per batch and no sorting nor counting is done.
3. Dry Cleaning: Items are washed using a solvent instead of water in order to keep its shape specially those with lining. It is important to check the care label to make sure that the garment is for dry cleaning. Clean clothes are usually hanged and wrapped.
4. Household: We clean all of your precious household items such as curtains, carpets, beddings, mattresses and even stuffed toys.
5. Pressing only: For those who prefer to wash their only clothes but find ironing a chore, we do provide pressing services only. This includes hangers and clothes/dresses neatly wrapped.

I need my clothes the next day, can you deliver?
Yes! We do have a a next-day service with an express charge of 100% the normal rate. Bring your item to our outlet today or simply call or whatsapp our hotline at 9111-0780.
Where are your outlets?
We have 8 outlets islandwide and you can find them here. We also do home delivery islandwide just call or whatsapp 9111-0780.
Can you remove stains?
Though some stains are tough, we will process the stains by using mild to stronger solvents. We will try our best although we cannot guarantee the removal of stubborn stains.
What shall I do when I get a stain on my favorite blouse?
We recommend you bring to us immediately, on the same day, without washing your blouse. This would have a higher chance for us to be able to remove the stains compared to stained items that have been washed-- the stains would have dried in the blouse by this time and will become more stubborn.
How much do you charge for stain treatment?
Due to the difficulty, chemicals used and more manhours required for stain removal, we may have to charge between 2-3x the normal laundry prices. Stain removal cannot be guaranteed though but rest assured you will have better chances of stain removal from Laundry Club given our collective experience over the years.
How do I arrange for laundry pick-up and delivery?

9111-0780 and our friendly customer service representatives will schedule at your most convenient time and date. You may also fill-up this form and we will confirm your appointment within the next business day.
One of our friendly drivers will pick-up from your location and issue you an invoice stating the number and category of items. A detailed invoice will be sent over after assessment at the factory. Payment should be made before laundry services are performed.
What is the minimum order for free delivery?
To enjoy free delivery and pick-up, the minimum amount spent should be $30, net of any discounts or taxes. A minimal fee of $8 shall apply for any amount lower than $30
How do I pay for home delivery?
At this time we accept payment by cash, FAVE, PayLah or PayNow. To pay by FAVE, just scan the QR code below. For other queries, please call our customer service reps at 9111-0780.
What is your turnaround time for home delivery services?
Our turnaround time remains the same as outlets at 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. e.g. We pick up on a Friday, we deliver next Friday; Pick-up on a Monday, deliver nex Monday.
Please note that turnaround times may be more than 5 days during peak season.
How do I know how much to pay for washing my items?

Can I reschedule my pick-up/delivery appointment?
Yes you may. Kindly reschedule a day in advance by calling or whatsapp'ing our hotline.
Charges will apply for no-show or same-day cancellations as this may disrupt the delivery schedules of our vans as well as incur additional expenses in terms of petrol and overtime pay. Your kind understanding is much appreciated

What if I'm not happy after washing my clothes or items?
No need to worry, we will wash it again for you, free of charge. We'd like you to be happy with our service so we don't mind washing it again!
Please make sure that re-washing request is made within 24 hours of collection/delivery and accompanied by the original invoice
What happens if my items are damaged?
We take pride in our quality of work and expertise on what we do. But in the unfortunate event of a damage, please write in at firstname.lastname@example.org or use our contact form and we will promptly respond to you at the earliest time possible. Claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery/collection from Laundry Club.
Each complaint or enquiry will be handled carefully on a case-to-case basis
When are you not liable?
As all fabrics degrade over time, we cannot be liable for damage due to wear & tear, exposure to environment and any fabric weakness due to the initial manufacturing process.
The Laundry Club cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to buttons, ornaments, sequins, trimmings, belts, beads, buckles, shoulder pads or anything left in pockets, during the process of internationally acceptable cleaning procedures.

What kind of compensation do you give?
In the event of loss by fire, any other loss or damage to article for which we may assume liability, without prejudice, such liability SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN (10) times the rate charged for cleaning the particular article, depending on the age of the same article--which shall be assessed and determined solely by The Laundry Club.
All claims must be made within 24 hours after collection/delivery and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Such claim shall be deemed to not exceed S$200.00.
